Warranty Terms

We provide a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase in accordance with legal regulations. Please keep the purchase receipt for any warranty claims.

Within the warranty, at our discretion, we will:

repair the defective product free of charge, or

provide a replacement product

The replaced parts become our property. Repair or replacement does not extend or start a new warranty period. We do not provide a separate warranty for installed parts.

Cases of warranty voidance:

improper handling, excessive stress, neglect of maintenance

disregard of the user manual

intervention by a person or service not authorized by us

Important:

Do not return the product without prior consultation! The costs and risk of loss for unauthorized returns are borne by the sender. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance. Our customer service provides fast and professional assistance in solving problems.

Warranty

We provide a warranty on the products according to the regulations of the Civil Code (Ptk.).

Warranty claims:

The buyer can request repair or replacement, at their choice.

If this is not possible, then they can request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract (withdrawal is not possible in case of insignificant defects).

Important information:

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use.

The warranty is also valid for discounted goods, with the exception of the reason for the discount.

In the first 6 months from the purchase, we have to prove that the defect is not due to manufacturing; after 6 months, the buyer has to prove the original defect.

Costs related to the fulfillment of the warranty (material, labor, shipping costs) are borne by us.

In case of replacement or withdrawal from the contract, we do not claim depreciation compensation from the buyer due to normal use.
